The LiveHealth Online Medical practice is staffed with board certified doctors and can treat patients over the age of 18. Whereas, the LiveHealth Online Medical for Kids practice is staffed with board certified doctors who are willing to treat children under the age of 18 through a live video visit.
Within both practices the doctors you see can assess the patient’s condition, provide a treatment plan and even send prescriptions to the pharmacy of choice, if medically necessary.

The amount of information you share with the doctors you see is totally up to you. Through your account you can allow doctors to access and review your health information from past video visits. You can also self-report and track personal data as well as share it with the doctors you see using LiveHealth Online. To track your personal data using LiveHealth Online follow these simple steps:
From a computer
- Login
- Select My Records at the top of the page
- Select add measurement to add any new health data you would like to track
- Select done when you are finished to save the data
Using a mobile device:
- Login
- Tap My Health at the bottom of the screen
- Tap Sync to allow data stored within the MyHealth app to sync with LiveHealth Online. Once this data is synced it can be shared with the doctors you see when you use LiveHealth Online.
Yes. To get a sick slip through a video visit you must visit with a doctor using LiveHealth Online and tell him or her you need a sick slip before the visit ends. The sick slip will include the date of the visit, recommended date to return to work or school and any restrictions.
To get a copy of the sick slip after your video visit ends follow these steps:
From a computer:
- Login
- Select your Inbox (envelope icon)
- Choose the Notification email that pertains to the visit you had where you requested a sick slip
- You will see the sick slip listed under Attachments as a PDF or Word file
Please note, sick slips cannot be retrieved using the LiveHealth Online app.
