The cost for an online urgent care doctor visit is just $59 if you don't have a health plan, if your plan doesn't cover online visits or if you haven't met your plan’s deductible. If your health plan covers these visits, you may only owe the copay or coinsurance amount. Either way, you will always see what you owe before you begin a visit. The cost is the same even on nights, weekends, or holidays.

Yes. To have a visit for your child, create your own account first and add any children under the age of 18 to your profile when prompted. When you start a visit, you’ll be asked who the visit is for -- from the drop down select the child as the patient for the visit.
Any individuals over the age of 18 must have their own account with unique email address, due to privacy and security requirements mandated by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPPA).

You will see the same doctor each time, just like in traditional office visits. Additionally, you have the option to change your doctor at any time without any extra cost.

At the end of your first visit, you can set up a future visit with the therapist if both of you feel it’s needed. You always have a choice of the therapist you would like to see.

A psychiatrist is a medical doctor who has attended four years of medical school, one or two years of internship training, and more than three years of special training as a psychiatrist resident. The psychiatrists you see using LiveHealth Online can prescribe medication or help manage any medication you might be taking for a behavioral health condition.
A therapist is a mental health professional who has at least a master's degree in that field but does not need a Ph.D. or M.D. to practice therapy. Therapists provide talk therapy and do not diagnose patients or write prescriptions. Most therapists specialize in a certain field like family therapy, Marriage counseling, occupational therapy, educational therapy, etc.

The psychiatrists you see using LiveHealth Online can prescribe non-controlled medications. Prescriptions determined to be a “controlled substance” (as defined by the Controlled Substances Act under federal law) cannot be prescribed using LiveHealth Online.

The difference between the two practices is that using LiveHealth Online Allergy you can access board certified doctors who are knowledgeable about the latest trends and treatment recommendations for allergy care. Also, through the Allergy practice you can receive exclusive coupons for allergy relief products, an educational guide, and special access to an allergy app which can help you keep track of the pollen counts in your area.
Using LiveHealth Online Allergy is easy. Just sign up or login to LiveHealth Online. Once you’ve logged in, select LiveHealth Online Allergy to view the available doctors. Simply select the doctor you would like to see and answer some questions about the reason for your visit, your health history information, and enter payment (if needed) to begin your visit.
A video doctor visit is very similar to an in-person visit. During your visit, the doctor will ask you questions about your health history and symptoms to get a better understanding of what’s bothering you. Based on this assessment they will recommend a treatment plan and, if needed, send a prescription to the pharmacy you select.
