After logging into LiveHealth Online you will be asked where you will be located during the visit. You’ll have the opportunity to enter the address at which you will be located. You’ll only see doctors licensed to treat you in that state. If you have a Medicaid health plan, the video visit may only be covered when you are located in the state where your Medicaid coverage is active.
Yes. You can sign up for a LiveHealth Online account and log in to have a visit with a doctor using a computer with a webcam. When you log in, you choose a doctor. Next, complete the required information on the computer screen and you’ll be able to see the doctor you requested. During the visit, you’ll use the chat box to converse with the doctor. If you need Customer Support, you can use the relay service (711). Chat capability is not available on the mobile app.

No. Any individuals over the age of 18 must have their own account with unique email address, due to privacy and security requirements mandated by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

Yes, you can use LiveHealth Online to visit with a doctor, therapist or psychiatrist in all 50 states.
