The cost of a video visit varies depending on the practice you select and the health insurance coverage you have. For instance, video visits using LiveHealth Online Urgent Care and LiveHealth Online Allergy are $55 or less per visit depending on your health plan.

Video visits using LiveHealth Online Therapy are $100 per visit with a psychologist and $85 per visit with a therapist, again the cost per visit maybe less depending on your health plan.

Video visits using LiveHealth Online Psychiatry are $185 for the initial consultation and $80 per follow up visit, the price of these visits may be less depending on your health plan.

If you don’t have a health plan or if your plan doesn’t include benefits for video visits don’t worry – you can still see a doctor, therapist, psychologist or psychiatry using LiveHealth Online. You’ll just be responsible for the full cost of the visit.

The good news is you will always see what you owe before your visit begins – so there’s no guessing around cost. And the costs are the same, no matter what day of the week or what time of day!

Video visits using LiveHealth Online are available to anyone located in the 50 United States. If you do not have health insurance you will need to pay the full cost of the visit with your personal credit or debit card before your visit begins.

You may use Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express debit and credit cards for payment. Keep in mind that charges for prescriptions aren’t included in the cost of your visit.

Video visits using LiveHealth Online are a covered benefit for most Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Georgia, Empire Blue Cross and Empire Blue Cross Blue and Shield health plans.

If you have a health plan from one of these insurers then the doctors you see using LiveHealth Online are in-network providers.
